Yunag was seeking good candidates to hire for his department, so he turned to Rebecca Bayne, president of Bayne Consulting & Search Inc. (BCSI), which specializes in recruiting qualified workers in the security industry. The move was good for Dakota Security Systems, and it began a strong business relationship between the Sioux Falls, S.D.-based systems integrator and BCSI.

Bayne Consulting & Search, Inc. is excited to announce the addition of Lindsey Prochazka to the BCSI recruiting team.
Lindsey will be responsible for research and recruitment for the firm’s physical security integration clients. She will also support Rebecca Bayne, President of BCSI, in critical administrative, social media, and marketing projects.
Per Rebecca: “Lindsey brings a high level of energy, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to her role with BCSI – all things which are critical to the brand and reputation we have created for the work we do with our clients and candidates in the physical security integration industry. Her contribution to the team will allow us to better serve our existing business, while supporting the growth which is currently happening with new clients, consulting projects, and speaking engagements. I am optimistic about the potential for BCSI and Lindsey!”
Prior to joining BCSI, Lindsey spent time in wine sales as well as insurance sales and customer service for active duty military and veterans. Lindsey earned her BA in Advertising from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Colorado (Boulder). She is a native to Colorado and enjoys spending time hiking in the Colorado outdoors.
