Nicole joined the Bayne Consulting & Search team in July of 2017; while she fulfills the role of Administrative Assistant/Team Support Coordinator, her first year was spent as a Recruiter, managing a full cycle search process, with a focus on sales-related positions for BCSI’s integration clients throughout the U.S. New to this business, she has enjoyed the interpersonal aspects of being a Recruiter.
